Outline of IFEZ

The Incheon Free Economic Zone(IFEZ),
refers to the area that guarantees the business and economic activities of foreign investors
by promoting systems and conditions differentiated from other areas. Accordingly, the
free economic zone is referred to as the international city that promotes tax support, free
economic activity, quality administrative services, and a convenient living environment.

Incheon Free Economic Zone
IFEZ is global city of 21st century where creates new growth engine of Korean economic,
and its purpose is raising national competitiveness to create 21st century international
business city, distribution hub of Northeast Asia and international leisure city. Internally,
Incheon is starting point of the west coast area where is the axis of land development
and economic/industrial development and it is located in gateway of Seoul and capital
area forming grand scale behind market with 23 million people.
The Incheon Free Economic Zone(IFEZ) is 8km from thr center of Incheon and 50km from
the heart of Seoul. Adjacent to Incheon Port, this place is accessible within 1hour from
the major cities of the Metropolitan area.
