  • An ICT-professional education organization as well as a multilateral international cooperation promotional organization is under the umbrella of the UN ESCAP. The purpose is to solve the information differentials among the UN ESCAP member countries and to foster human resources

Establishment history
  • An environmental cooperation organization among the governments of six countries in North-East Asia led by Korea and established in 1993. The organization was formed with the purpose of pursuing ecology preservation and environmental cooperation in the North-East regional area at the Rio Declaration in Brazil, from the UNCED in 1992.
  • Worked as a temporary secretariat of the UN ESCAP since 1992 (Bangkok, Thailand)
