The ingredients used in kimchi are listed below.
Please note that some ingredients are not vegetarian, and the ingredients cannot be changed, so we kindly ask vegetarians to consider this before applying.
Kimchi Ingredients (Ingredients for Making Kimchi)
배추 (Baechu) → Napa cabbage
무 (Mu) → Korean radish
쪽파 (Jjokpa) → Green onions (thin spring onions)
홍갓 (Honggat) → Red mustard leaf
마늘 (Manul) → Garlic
생강 (Saenggang) → Ginger
양파 (Yangpa) → Onion
대파 (Daepa) → Leek or large green onion
배 (Bae) → Korean pear
황태 (Hwangtae) → Dried pollack
보리새우 (Borisau) → Dried tiny shrimp (barley shrimp)
디포리 (Difori) → Dried anchovy-like fish (sandfish)
고춧가루 (Gochugaru) → Red chili pepper flakes
멸치액젓 (Myeolchi Aekjeot) → Anchovy fish sauce
새우젓 (Saeujeot) → Salted fermented shrimp
황석어젓 (Hwangseogeojeot) → Salted fermented herring
매실&미나리청 (Maesil & Minari Cheong) → Plum & water parsley syrup
찹쌀가루 (Chapssalgaru) → Glutinous rice flour (sweet rice flour)
