The 'Super-gap Bio City' in Incheon has been completed. Lotte Biologics will now be the neighbor of leading Korean bio companies as well as global raw material companies.
Incheon City and Lotte Biologics have agreed to create a biopharmaceutical research and development center as well as manufacturing facilities in Songdo 11th Zone. The MOU's key component is each party's responsibility in inviting a Biomedicine R&D and production facility, as well as its active collaboration in securing an investment location and constructing the facility.
Constructing the world’s first next-generation multi-stadium and complex commercial mall landmark
Starfield Cheongna will be a 165,000 ㎡ multi-entertainment space on a BL2 block(Cheongna dong 6-14, Seogu, Incheon) with three floors below ground and six floors above ground that will mix the world’s first year-round sports play and performances. To enjoy viewing baseball games and other entertainment, specialized hotel suites and limitless pool, as well as the F&B and dining bar, will be constructed.
Incheon City·LH launches full-fledged promotion of Cheongna city tower business agreement
Main contents of the agreement is that they will transition from selecting a project operator to a procedure in which the main body of the enterprise LH selects the constructor and IFEZ administers and operates the Cheongna city tower.

On the 12th, IFEZ commissioner Jinyong Kim travelled to Hong Kong to sign the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) between IFEZ and England Harrow School.
Cheongna will be the Silicon Valley of the gaming sector
Incheon Free Economic Zone announced that they signed a memorandum of understanding(MOU) for ‘Cheongna G-tech city’ at the G Tower. The key objective of the MOU is to spend more than 1.62 trillion won to build a game-focused complex for the e-sports industry on about 263,950㎡ of investment block 6 in Cheongna. The complex will have facilities for research and development(R&D), a domestic and foreign game company innovation district, studios, a knowledge industry center, MICE tourism facilities, and a game entertainment district. It will also have places to teach people how to play games from all over the world.
Songdo will have the Edison Museum, which will store light and sound, as well as Hyunjoon Yoo’s Terrace town.
IFEZ signed the memorandum of understanding(MOU) with ‘Songdo Museum park SPC’ in the presence of commissioner Jinyong Kim, Professor Hyunjoon Yoo from Hongik University, Sungmok Son, museum director of Chamsori.
