On Friday, September 12, 2025, the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) Authority successfully completed the final deck connection of the cable-stayed section of Cheongna Sky Bridge (Third Link Bridge) by installing the last deck segment. Cheongna Sky Bridge (Third Link Bridge) is a marine bridge connecting Jungsan-dong in Yeongjong-gu (formerly Jung-gu) with Cheongna-dong in Seohae-gu (formerly Seo-gu), Incheon Metropolitan City. The bridge has a total length of 4.681 km and was constructed as a six-lane bridge with a width of 30 meters. The total project cost amounted to KRW 780 billion. The bridge features the tallest steel pylons in Korea, standing 184.2 meters high. It also includes pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths to enhance convenience for residents and visitors. In addition, the bridge is expected to significantly improve accessibility between the Incheon Free Economic Zone and Seoul, reducing travel time from Yeouido to Incheon International Airport to approximately 30 minutes.
