When preparing for and completing a move, it is important to know

what needs to be done both before and after moving.

Please note that gas charges are not included in the management fee.

When moving out, you must contact the gas company directly to settle the bill.

In particular, the Long-Term Repair Reserve Fund is included in the management fee.
