Lotus Lantern International Meditation Center

Greetings!
IFEZ Global Center invites expats to experience Korean Buddhism at Lotus Lantern International Meditation Center, sponsored by the Cultural Corps of Korean Buddhism. Join us for a 2-day trip where you'll spend a night at the temple, engaging in various cultural activities.
"IFEZ Temple Stay at Lotus Lantern International Meditation Center“
∘ Date & time : June 19th (Wed) 3:30 PM - June 20th (Thu) 2:30 PM - 2-day trip (2 days and 1 night)
∘ Meeting point: June 19th (Wed) 3:30 PM / IFEZ Global Center
∘ Transportation: Provided by bus
∘ Contents: Experience Buddhist culture (meditation, copy calligraphy and Tea-ceremony with a Monk, etc)
∘ Participants: Limited to 20 expats living in IFEZ
- only ARC(Alien Registration Card) holders
- first come, first served basis
∘ Fee: Free of charge

∘ Registration period: May 27th 11:00 AM ~ June 3rd 6:00 PM
∘ Items to Prepare : Bring your own personal temple attire (available for rent at Jongmuso), towel, personal toiletries (toothbrush, towel, soap), comfortable shoes, umbrella (for rainy weather), personal medication, etc.
∘ Participant Guidelines:
- Silence is observed at the temple.
- Participants must strictly adhere to all schedules (prayer times, communal meals, sitting meditation, early morning walks, etc.).
- Alcohol, tobacco, and mobile phone usage are prohibited.
- Respectful behavior towards monks, including bowing when passing in front of the temple hall or encountering monks.
