IFEZ, in which the Incheon International Airport is situated, is leading the aviation business in Northeast Asia. Now it is emerging as a global R&D hub for the aerospace industry. Based on Korea's robust IT technology capacity, we envision that IFEZ will grow into the best aviation industry complex in Northeast Asia.

It is a state-of-the-art marina complex that features a yacht yard and clubhouse, maintenance dock, parking spaces, and more.

With the development of various concepts and the construction of a leisure complex with links to business, housing, tourism, and leisure (casinos for foreigners), it is expected that it will significantly increase demand for travel, not only in Northeast Asian business bases but also in domestic and international markets.

It will be developed into a sophisticated resort with a first-class hotel, a casino for foreigners, and commercial facilities with a significant investment of roughly KRW 2 trillion. The project's initial phase was completed in 2017 while its second phase is expected to be completed in 2022.
