Immigration Program for Tourist/Resort Facility Investment
Program Overview
This program grants residency(F-2) to foreigners who invest in specific types of real estate designated by the Ministry of Justice and, upon meeting all necessary requirements, provides permanent residency(F-5)
  • Applicable Regions : Incheon Free Economic Zone (Songdo, Yeongjong, Cheongna)
  • Minimum Investment :  KRW 1 billion or above(*Must be transferred from overseas)
  • Eligible Facilities : Resort condominiums, general and residential accomodations, housing projects including sports facilities, and tourist pensions
  • Program duration : Valid until April 30, 2026
  • Legal Basis : Ministry of Justice Public Notice on the Criteria for Real Estate Investment Regions, Categories, and Amounts

Requirements

Can apply once the amount invested in an applicable facility as a down payment and interim payment exceeds

KRW 100 million

Can apply when investing KRW 1 billion

or more in an applicable facility

Can apply after receiving the F-2 visa and maintaining applicable inestment for 5 years without any disqualifying

 factors

Features Available onlyl for the investor

Available for the investor, spouse, and unmarried children (Effective in case

of re-entry within 1 year from the date of departure

Once permanent residency obtained

    Can apply for F-2 (Residency) visa

    Can apply for F-5 visa when F-2 visa and investments are maintained for 5 years or more without any disqualifying factors.

  • Utilization of the investment product for profit-making activities

This program grants residency (F-2)o foreigners who invest KRW 1.5 Billion or more in Public interestunds designated by the Ministry of Justice

and upon maintaining the investment status for 5 years, provides permanet residency(F-5)

*Funds - selling institution : Woori Bank 


 

Investment can be linked between the Tourist/Resort and Public Interest Project Programs.
