The Edison Science Museum and Hyunjoon Yoo’s Terrace town will be built around Songdo international city's 6th zone lake.
IFEZ signed the memorandum of understanding(MOU) with ‘Songdo Museum Park SPC’ in the presence of Commissioner Jinyong Kim, Professor Hyunjoon Yoo from Hongik University, Sungmok Son, museum director of Chamsori.

※ SPC will be made up of organizer Osta D&C(오스타디앤씨), financial investor KYOBO Securities, Woori Asset Trust, construction investor Hanhwa Corporation E&C, and strategic investor Chamsori Gramophone museum. Hyunjoon Yoo will be the lead architect and artist Joomyung Song from Habitant will be the Executive art director.

Terrace Town by Hyunjoon Yoo will complement Korea’s apartment houses while elevating the level of the waterfront landscape. His designs include a pillar structure that reflects varied lifestyles, a truss structure that minimizes the prospect of rights infringement, and placing a terrace on a zigzag style for privacy protection.
