IFEZ Launches Third Global Reporters Program
The Incheon Free Economic Zone(IFEZ) announced that it held the launching ceremony for the ‘3rd IFEZ Global Reporters’ on the afternoon of May 7 at the G-Tower.
For the 3rd group of reporters, a total of 65 people applied from March 13 to April 5, and 10 were finally selected. The group is composed of five foreign nationals from Taiwan, Vietnam, Mongolia, and the United States, and five Koreans.
The reporters are scheduled to produce and post multilingual content at least once a month about the IFEZ’s major events, investment environment, and tourism resources through their own SNS channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and blogs.
Starting with its 1st group in 2024, the IFEZ Global Reporters group has been delivering information about IFEZ’s policies, events, and living information to overseas audiences in various languages each year.
Bae Migyeong, Head of the Media and Culture Division of the IFEZ Authority, stated, “The Global Reporters group is a “living promotional channel” where reporters of various nationalities and languages directly cover IFEZ and introduce it to the world,” adding, “I expect the 3rd group to also contribute to enhancing the global recognition of IFEZ by promoting the diverse attractions of all its districts—Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna—in a balanced way.”
