On Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, IFEZ signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Finland's VTT (Valtion Teknillinen Tutkimusskus) to move into Songdo International City's Bio Research Complex (BRC). With the signing of the agreement, VTT will push for a collaborative project centered on U-Health and create a medical bio cluster in the bio research complex.
