On Monday, October 22, 2018, hyungji, a fashion group, began construction of the Template Global Fashion Complex in Songdo International City. Hyungji Global Fashion Complex Center will be moved to the headquarters and affiliates of the company after completion and will play a key role in shaping fashion clusters in Songdo with Songdo New York State University of Fashion (FIT). The Songdo-Gui Global Fashion Complex Center has three offices (17 floors above ground), an office building (23 floors above the ground), a sales facility (3 floors above ground) on the 12,501.6㎡ site near the Songdo Knowledge Information Area (Incheon City, 11-2 Songdo- Layer) and the like. Major facilities include R & D centers such as fashion-related materials, design, global marketing, and education training facilities for fashion talent.
