On Friday, October 14, 2005, IFEZ held its 2nd anniversary ceremony at the International Conference Hall of Gaetbeol Tower in Songdo International City, with about 200 participants including the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City and the Commissioner of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority. The ceremony was held to look back on the major achievements made since its opening in 2003 and to share future directions for investment attraction and urban development. Participants reaffirmed the role and vision of the free economic zone and strengthened their commitment to the systematic promotion of international city development and key projects.
