Signed a land sale contract with Kotech

On Monday, June 18, 2007, IFEZ signed a land sale agreement with Kotech, a special industrial monitor producer. Kotech plans to attract $10 million from Hong Kong's Sincheon Group to build a high-tech industrial display monitor production and research and development center on a 5,8,000 pyeong site in the Songdo International City Knowledge Information Industry Complex.
