On Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, IFEZ signed an investment contract with Iljin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. to build an LED manufacturing facility with a project cost of 18 billion won in the Songdo International City Knowledge Information Industrial Complex through joint investment with Japan's Koyo Group.
