February 20, 2019 IFEZ and IPA (Incheon Port Authority) have signed an MOU to establish a cooperative relationship. In this agreement, the main contents are the cooperation of the port infrastructure infrastructure project for the development of the marine tourism center city, the cooperative investment attraction in the Golden Harbor site, the joint project for the promotion of the marine tourism, and the mutual agreement for the establishment of the industrial base .
