On Tuesday, February 27, 2019, IFEZ signed a basic agreement for the construction of Songdo International City Development Co., Ltd. (NSIC) and Arts Center Incheon. The art center Incheon 2nd stage consists of two basement floors, five floors above ground, an opera house with 1,439 seats, two underground floors, eight ground floors, and 20,373 square meters of floor space. do. Incheon Art Center Phase 1 construction was built as a concert hall for classical music performances. The second stage construction will be an opera house & museum for public concerts and musical performances.
