On Monday, September 30, 2019, IFEZ signed an agreement with the Korea Institute for Pain Research to revitalize the bio-cluster R & D of Songdo International City. It has agreed to co-organize the Asian Pain Symposium. In expanding and creating the Songdo International City Bio Cluster, IFEZ has been concentrating on revitalizing the R & D and service sectors along with strengthening the competitiveness of existing processes. In particular, in order to reinforce the aspect of Songdo's “R & D city” externally, we hold international conferences involving experts from home and abroad, and also support the exchange of these experts and tenants. The Asian Pain Symposium will be held by Xu Zhang, Director of the Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jianguo G. Gu, Professor of Alabama State University Medical School, Makoto Tominaga, Japan Bioscience Center Global scholars in pain-related fields, including professors, will participate as presenters and expect to attend 500 or more experts from the domestic and international fields in basic research, development, and clinical fields, which are the three major components of the pharmaceutical R & D field. It is expected to be an event. Detailed information on the conference can be found on the event introduction website (www.rudacure.com).
