On Monday, October 14, 2019, IFEZ signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with France's biocluster, a European biopower, to develop a bio ecosystem. Medicene was founded in 2005 to plan, implement and support the development of bio clusters in Paris, France. It supports over 450 biotech companies, including large companies like Sanofi. The agreement concludes with the foundation to attract mid-sized or venture biotech companies seeking innovation in bio and medical fields in Europe, and the IFEZ's global bio hub strategy is expected to gain momentum.
