May 20, 2020 (Wednesday) IFEZ will start a strategy development service to promote the development of Songdo International Business Complex. The Songdo International Business Complex development project was first developed in 2003. Since then, the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) has led development through continuous development projects. However, due to changes in development conditions and market environment, changes in domestic and foreign investment conditions, and a paradigm shift in urban development, development projects for international and commercial land have been delayed for a considerable period of time. Accordingly, IFEZ will promote this service (△ analysis of business conditions, △ development strategy, △ investment promotion strategy, △ implementation plan, etc.) to prepare a new strategy to promote the development of Songdo International Business Complex.
