On Thursday, June 4, 2020, four organizations, Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, Incheon International Airport Corporation, and Incheon Techno Park, signed a mutual business agreement to discover and foster startups. This business agreement was promoted to cooperate with each other by linking the Incheon Startup Park Creation Project, which is being promoted by Incheon Metropolitan City along with the Ministry of Small and Medium Venture Business, and the "3K (K Tourism, K Culture, and K Food) Startup Discovery and Promotion Project, which is based on the fourth industrial revolution technology promoted by Incheon International Airport Corporation. The purpose of the project is to draw cooperation and support for empirical resources such as space, platform and infrastructure, data, and experts among the parties to establish an ecosystem of Incheon startups.
