On July 1, 2020 (Wednesday), IFEZ and Incheon Public Corporation officially opened a "one-stop customer support center" on the first floor of Songdo Convensia. The one-stop customer support center is located on the first floor of Songdo Convensia, and will have about 15 operating personnel. The focus is on enhancing the convenience of customers hosting the event, including integrated counseling desks, business lounges, two medium and small conference rooms, a host's commodity storage facility, and an integrated reservation office. The newly opened customer support center will also integrate various on-site services that have been distributed across each floor into one, providing all customer support services needed to hold the event at once, including rental counseling, contracts, facility exploration, on-site technical support, as well as auxiliary services such as banquets, telecommunications and parking.
