On November 4, 2020 (Wednesday), Satorius Korea Biotech, the Korean branch of Sartorius AG, officially delivered its intention to invest in facilities for research and development and manufacturing of bio and pharmaceutical processes to the IFEZ. The investment intent letter (LOI) announced by Sartorius AG is mainly about cooperation with IFEZ to distribute the latest technologies in bio and pharmaceutical processes in Songdo International City's bio cluster by investing $100 million (about 120 billion won) for research and development and manufacturing related to cell culture media.
