On September 28, 2021 (Tuesday), IFEZ signed a "win-win agreement to revitalize the local construction industry" with DL&C, Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., and the Korea Professional Construction Association, an infrastructure contractor for Songdo International City 11-1. The main content of this agreement is that infrastructure contractors will make utmost efforts to participate in the construction of construction companies in Incheon Metropolitan City, use local materials and equipment, and recruit manpower in relation to the construction of Songdo International City Building 11-1.
