On March 23, 2023 (Wednesday), IFEZ Commissioner Kim Jin-yong signed an IoT-AI-based facility smart management project agreement with the Korea Intelligence Society Agency and the Incheon Facilities Corporation to establish a digital management system in Songdo's underground district. Throughout Songdo International City's 5·7 districts, 71 intelligent CCTVs with △ 400,000 pixels will be replaced with 2 million pixels, control monitors will be replaced, and 100 complex sensors will be installed to measure video, vibration, fire, temperature, humidity, and gas with △ Internet of Things (IoT). IoT complex sensors and management systems will also be newly installed in parts of Songdo International City's 1st and 3rd districts.
