On Thursday, May 2, 2024, IFEZ signed a business agreement with Songdo Internationalization Complex, Yonsei University International Campus, Incheon Catholic University, Incheon National University, Inha University, Jaeneung University, Gent University, State University of New York Korea, Korea George Mason University and Songdo International City Global Campus. The agreement includes establishing a business cooperation system for the establishment of a master plan service, promoting commercial land (C1, C2) projects linked to cultural streets, presenting students' ideas to revitalize cultural streets, promoting joint activities between universities, and promoting community consensus on the creation of cultural streets.
