On Monday, March 23, 2009, public institutions and companies related to the development of Yongyu-do and Muui-do, such as IFEZ, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Incheon Urban Development Corporation, established Yongyu-Muui Project Management (PMC) for the successful construction of Yongyu-do and Muui Culture and Tourism Leisure Complex City.
