On Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, IFEZ hosted the "4th IFEZ Korean Speech Contest" for foreigners living in Incheon Metropolitan City. The contest was held to promote Korean culture and the excellence of Hangeul. A total of 12 foreigners from seven countries made it to the finals after going through preliminary rounds to show off their fluent Korean skills. They selected one of "IFEZ I Experience, Incheon I Experience," or "Freedom Subject" and presented it for five minutes each.
