On Thursday, June 30, 2011, IFEZ signed an investment contract with Mandobrose to manufacture electric motors and build an R&D center. The Mandobrose R&D center will be built with an investment of 190 billion won on the 44,000㎡ site of the high-tech industrial cluster in Songdo International City's 5th District.
