On Monday, September 19, 2011, the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) Authority, in partnership with Incheon Metropolitan City, the Seo-gu Office of Incheon Metropolitan City (now Seohae-gu Office), and LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation), opened the Cheongna International City Integrated Civil Service Center. The Integrated Civil Service Center was established as a one-stop administrative service center to improve convenience for residents of Cheongna International City by consolidating civil service counters that had previously been dispersed among multiple organizations into a single location. The center is jointly staffed by personnel from the IFEZ Authority, Incheon Metropolitan City, the Seo-gu Office (now Seohae-gu Office), and LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation). It provides a wide range of administrative services closely related to residents' daily lives, including building permit applications, real estate transaction reporting, outdoor advertising permit and registration services, and infrastructure-related civil services. With the opening of the Integrated Civil Service Center, residents are now able to complete a variety of administrative procedures quickly and efficiently in one place, eliminating the need to visit multiple government offices.
