On Friday, July 11, 2025, Ostem Global held a ceremony to complete the construction of the triple tower. Ostem Global is an investment made by research and development companies for dental precision equipment such as Ostem Implant and Japan. Construction of the triple tower began in October 2020 and invested about 300 billion won to complete the construction of the office building with a total floor area of 99,730 square meters on 22,693 square meters. In addition, it is an R&D-centered complex that consists of a manufacturing building (EAST, 7th floor), a research building (MID, 8th floor), and an office building (WEST, 16th floor), and will have dental imaging equipment manufacturing and research facilities such as an implant unit chair, an X-ray detector, panorama, and computed tomography (CT), as well as some business headquarters.
