On October 17, 2025 (Friday), IFEZ held the “2025 IFEZ Korean Speech Contest for Foreigners” at the IFEZ Global Center located in G-Tower, Songdo International City. Celebrating its 5th year, the contest was organized to encourage foreign residents in IFEZ to enhance their Korean language skills and to promote the excellence of Korean culture. Ten finalists from eight countries advanced to the final round after preliminary screening and showcased their fluent Korean through speeches on topics such as “My Experience in Incheon and Korean Culture” and “Free Topics.” The grand prize was awarded to Mr. Hesameddin Rezai from Iran, who presented on the theme “The Influence of Taekwondo on My Life.”
