On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, IFEZ held the ‘IFEZ Development Advisory Committee Plenary Meeting’ at G-Tower in Songdo International City. Marking the 22nd anniversary of IFEZ, 38 committee members attended to discuss new growth engines for IFEZ, including the designation of Ganghwa South as a new Free Economic Zone, the creation of K-Conland, and AI-centered bio and content industry strategies. Presentations and discussions covered AI-based smart cities, carbon-neutral strategies, global film production incentives, and digital content industry innovation, outlining concrete strategies for IFEZ to advance as a ‘Global Business Innovation Hub’.
