On Thursday, November 20, 2025, IFEZ signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Purdue University to establish an undergraduate engineering campus and an advanced industry research and development (R&D) center in Songdo International City. This collaboration aims to promote joint research in artificial intelligence (AI), aerospace, and semiconductors, as well as build a global industry-academia cooperation ecosystem. On the same day, Purdue University delivered a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the establishment of the advanced industry R&D center to Incheon Metropolitan City.
