On December 1, 2025 (Monday), IFEZ officially declared the world's first "AI City Initiative" at the opening of the "Global Top 10 City Week 2025" held at Songdo Convensia. The event, themed around smart cities, bio, and sustainability, brought together representatives and experts from 15 cities in 10 countries to discuss the vision of AI-based future cities. IFEZ aims to build an intelligent autonomous urban ecosystem where AI serves as the core brain of the city and plans to expand this model to other cities.
