On Saturday, February 28, 2026, IFEZ signed a main agreement with Therme Group for the “Therme Korea Incheon” project. The project involves developing a dome-shaped, large-scale wellness resort on the 99,041㎡ CS8 and CS9 sites of Golden Harbor in Songdo International City, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027 and opening targeted for 2031. The project is expected to generate approximately KRW 2.8 trillion in economic impact and create around 3,000 jobs. Therme Group operates global wellness resorts in Germany and Romania.
