On Thursday, March 19, 2026, IFEZ held the opening ceremony for the “Connected Car Materials and Components Certification and Evaluation Center” at Robot Land in Cheongna International City. The newly opened center has been established as a testing and evaluation hub to support the verification and certification of wireless communication performance for connected cars, including Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) and In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), which are key technologies for future mobility. The center consists of one basement level and three above-ground floors, with a site area of 2,512㎡ and a total floor area of 4,774㎡. It is equipped with advanced testing facilities, including an anechoic chamber-based vehicle testbed and a V2X virtual driving simulator. Through this center, IFEZ plans to support companies in responding to global regulations and strengthening the competitiveness of the future mobility industry.
