On Tuesday, November 29, 2011, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ), E-Land, and Songdo International City Development, LLC (NSIC) signed the “Agreement for the E-Land Songdo Business and Commercial Complex Development.” The agreement was intended to develop a business and commercial complex on a 19,587㎡ site at Block F6-2 of the Songdo International Business District (94-1 and 94-2, Songdo-dong). The project was planned as a mixed-use development including a shopping mall, hotel, and office facilities. E-Land is a Korean retail company with affiliates in the retail, food service, and hotel sectors.
