On Tuesday, August 14, 2012, IFEZ signed a 10-year lease agreement with E-Land Retail and New Songdo International City Development, LLC for the development of a theme street at Songdo Canal Walk. Located in the International Business District of Songdo International City, Canal Walk was developed with 353 retail units and a total floor area of 54,726 square meters. E-Land Retail planned to open a theme-style shopping street by the end of the year, combining attractions, dining, and entertainment.
