On Wednesday, October 10, 2012, TOK Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. held a safety prayer ceremony in Songdo International City for the construction of its new plant in Korea. The event was organized to wish for the safe implementation and successful progress of the construction of its advanced semiconductor materials research and production facility. TOK Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested company in the semiconductor materials sector located in the advanced industry cluster of Songdo International City, and has pursued research, development, and production of advanced materials for ultra-fine semiconductor processes, including photoresists, based on the technological expertise of Tokyo Ohka Kogyo Co., Ltd.
