On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, IFEZ completed G-Tower and relocated its administrative offices. The new office building was located at 175 Art Center-daero in Songdo International City, and the former name, I-Tower, was changed to G-Tower immediately after completion. G-Tower was built as an office facility with 2 basement floors and 33 above-ground floors, and it included an observatory and a promotion hall on the 33rd floor.
