On Friday, July 26, 2013, IFEZ signed a sales contract for the Northeast Asia Trade Tower with Daewoo International, POSCO Engineering & Construction, Songdo International City Development LLC, and Hanmu. The Northeast Asia Trade Tower is a supertall mixed-use building located in Songdo International City, with 3 basement floors, 68 above-ground floors, and a height of 312 meters. The total transaction value was KRW 346 billion (approximately USD 308 million), with Daewoo International paying 60 percent, or KRW 207.6 billion, and POSCO Engineering & Construction paying 40 percent, or KRW 138.4 billion. Daewoo International planned to relocate its headquarters to the building in the second half of 2014.
