On October 10, 2013 (Thursday), Incheon Metropolitan City held a completion ceremony for the semiconductor and LCD advanced materials research and production facility of TOK Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. at the Advanced Industry Cluster in Songdo International City. Approximately KRW 200 billion (about USD 170 million) was invested in the facility, which was built on a 28,308㎡ site with a total floor area of 19,920㎡. TOK Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. is a company that researches and produces photoresists for semiconductors and advanced materials for displays.
