On Wednesday, April 2, 2014, the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) held its opening and inaugural ceremony at G-Tower. About 60 people, including A-WEB leadership, representatives of international organizations, and major domestic and overseas figures, attended the event. A-WEB began its activities as an international organization dedicated to promoting the exchange of election-related information, knowledge, and experience, supporting elections in developing countries, providing training for election officials, operating international election observation support programs, and carrying out cooperative projects with international organizations.
