On Thursday, July 10, 2014, the Northeast Asia Trade Tower (NEAT Tower) was completed. Located in the International Business District of Songdo International City, the Northeast Asia Trade Tower is a supertall mixed-use building with 68 above-ground floors, a height of 305 meters, and a total floor area of 194,925 square meters. Construction began in August 2006, and the building was completed with an investment of approximately KRW 490 billion. The tower includes office facilities, commercial facilities, a residence hotel, banquet halls, conference facilities, and an observatory, and is equipped with advanced systems such as seismic design, an integrated disaster prevention system, and high-speed elevators. The Northeast Asia Trade Tower is expected to become a landmark that enhances the international business functions and symbolic identity of Songdo International City.
