On Saturday, September 20, 2014, IFEZ held the 2014 Green Culture Festival at Haedodi Park in Songdo International City. The event was organized to promote an eco-friendly lifestyle and share the values of a green city, and it was held as an experiential festival in which citizens and family visitors participated together. The venue featured recycling and upcycling experiences, environmental education programs, cultural performances, and family participation events, while outdoor programs set against the park’s waterfront helped highlight the meaning of eco-friendly practices. Through this festival, IFEZ helped enhance the eco-friendly image of Songdo International City and created momentum for expanding citizen-participatory green culture.
