On Thursday, October 16, 2014, Hana Financial Group held a commemorative ceremony in Cheongna International City to mark the launch of the Hana Financial Town project. Hana Financial Town is a financial cluster project being developed in phases on a 248,000㎡ site in Block 3-4 of Cheongna International City, with a total project cost of KRW 730 billion (approximately USD 690 million). The project includes an integrated data center, a global talent development institute, and the group headquarters. Through this ceremony, Hana Financial Group officially began full-scale implementation of the project, which was expected to strengthen the financial industry base of Cheongna International City, create jobs, and contribute to revitalizing the local economy.
