On Tuesday, January 6, 2015, IFEZ signed an agreement for the Landmark City project in the 6-8 District of Songdo International City. The agreement laid the groundwork for revising the development plan and normalizing the project for the site in Songdo International City. Covering approximately 1,281,000㎡, the project was planned to create a complex city with international tourism and business functions. Landmark facilities and linked commercial, business, and cultural tourism functions were to be developed in phases.
