On Thursday, January 8, 2015, IFEZ held a project briefing at G-Tower on the City Tower and complex facilities in Cheongna International City. The event was organized to explain the main contents of the tower’s architectural plan and the project guidelines for selecting a private operator, while gathering opinions from domestic and overseas investors. Planned for the area around Central Lake Park in Cheongna International City, the tower was designed to rise 448 meters with 2 basement floors and 30 above-ground floors, and was to include retail facilities, restaurants, an observatory, and a skywalk.
